Four-Week Executive Intensive
New four-week cohorts begin monthly.
A four-week executive intensive for leaders who want their people to think, decide, collaborate, and execute at a higher level without every important issue flowing back through them.
First cohort begins November 3, 2026.
Enrollment is open
Who it's for
You carry accountability for outcomes delivered through other people, and the bottleneck is increasingly you.
Your directs manage teams of their own, and the quality of their judgment now determines your ceiling.
The business has outgrown the informal habits that got it here, and decisions still route back to you.
You've inherited a larger team and want a deliberate operating approach rather than trial and error.
The format
This is a working intensive, not a transformation program. Four live sessions, a personal diagnostic, and one private conversation — enough to change how you lead specific decisions, and to give you a clear read on where your team is strong and where it is stuck. Sustained organizational change takes longer than four weeks, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Week 1
Tuesday, November 3
Understand why capable people make poor decisions inside unclear systems and how leaders unintentionally reinforce dependence.
Week 2
Tuesday, November 10
Clarify who owns what, which decisions people can make, and when consultation or approval is genuinely required.
Week 3
Tuesday, November 17
Build accountability around clear expectations, sufficient authority, visible commitments, and reliable follow-through.
Week 4
Tuesday, November 24
Connect priorities, roles, decisions, meetings, and management rhythms into an operating structure that can hold without constant intervention.
Cohort schedule
New cohorts are scheduled monthly. Dates beyond the current cohort have not been released yet — register your interest and you'll be notified as soon as the next dates are published.
What you receive
A structured self-assessment completed before or alongside the sessions, designed to surface how your team currently thinks, decides, and executes.
Delivered to your portal once the diagnostic is complete. Substantial and useful — and clearly preliminary.
A one-to-one conversation with your advisor to test the read, add context, and pressure-test what matters most.
Everything released to your portal week by week, so you can revisit and share internally.
Issued after your advisor reviews your diagnostic and debrief. Released only when it has been reviewed and approved — never generated and pushed automatically.
Build Great Teams™: Beyond the Intensive
Build Great Teams™ is being developed as more than a four-week executive experience.
The Executive Intensive introduces leaders to the principles, tools, and organizational disciplines required to create greater clarity, accountability, ownership, and execution across a team.
In late 2027, Build Great Teams™ is planned to expand into a deeper professional development pathway for leaders, executives, consultants, advisors, and other professionals who want to learn how to apply these methods inside organizations.

Planned for Late 2027
A deeper professional development experience focused on applying the Build Great Teams™ methodology in real organizational environments.

Examples of areas the future program is expected to address:
Certification Pathway in Development for Late 2027
The planned advanced credential within the Build Great Teams™ professional development pathway.
Certified Practitioners will be expected to demonstrate more than attendance or completion of educational sessions. The future credential is intended to recognize individuals who demonstrate proficiency in understanding, diagnosing, and applying the Build Great Teams™ methodology.
Potential requirements may eventually include elements such as:
The goal is not to create another certificate of attendance. The goal is to develop practitioners who can recognize why good people struggle inside poorly designed systems and know how to help leaders create the clarity, structure, accountability, and operating conditions their organizations need.
Who is the Practitioner pathway for?
The planned Practitioner pathway is being designed for professionals who want to go deeper than their own leadership development and learn how to apply Build Great Teams™ principles more broadly. Potential participants may include:
From learning the ideas to applying them
Understanding why teams struggle is one thing.
Being able to recognize the structural conditions creating those problems, ask the right questions, clarify decision rights, establish accountability, improve handoffs, and help leaders redesign how work gets done requires a deeper level of skill.
The future Build Great Teams™ Practitioner pathway is intended to bridge that gap. The Executive Intensive provides the foundation. The Practitioner Program will focus on application. The Certified Practitioner credential is intended to recognize demonstrated proficiency.
The Build Great Teams™ Practitioner Program and Certified Practitioner pathway are currently in development and planned for late 2027. Join the early interest list to receive updates as the curriculum, requirements, dates, and first cohort are announced.
