The program

Four weeks, built around your team — not a curriculum.

One live session a week, a structured diagnostic of how your team thinks and decides, a private debrief with your advisor, and a final executive report that is reviewed by a person before it reaches you. New cohorts begin monthly.

The four sessions

Session one

Why Smart Employees Make Dumb Decisions

Capable people make poor decisions when the system around them is unclear. This session examines how ambiguity, unclear authority, and inconsistent expectations produce weak judgment — and how leaders unintentionally reinforce dependence.

Session two

Decision Rights and Role Clarity

Who owns what, which decisions people can make on their own, and when consultation or approval is genuinely required. This is where most delegation quietly fails and where escalation habits are set.

Session three

Structural Accountability

Accountability built on clear expectations, sufficient authority, visible commitments, and reliable follow-through — rather than on pressure, personality, or repeated reminders.

Session four

Building an Organization That Runs

Connecting priorities, roles, decisions, meetings, and management rhythms into an operating structure that holds without constant intervention from you.

Each session runs 60 minutes: 45 minutes of teaching and 15 minutes of live Q&A. Recordings and materials are released to your portal week by week.

What you leave with

  • A diagnostic read of your teamStructured, private, and completed in your own time inside the portal.
  • A preliminary reportReleased to your portal once the diagnostic is complete — substantial, and clearly preliminary.
  • A private 30-minute debriefOne-to-one with your advisor, to test the read against what you actually see.
  • A final executive reportReviewed and approved before release. Never generated and pushed automatically.
