What we believe
Most leadership development is delivered to individuals and hopes the team changes. We work the other way around: the unit of change is how the team thinks, decides, takes ownership, and executes — and the leader is the lever.

Build Great Teams is designed and led by Hary Askotzky, founder of The PRISM Group and author of The CREATOR Blueprint.
Hary spent nearly twenty years leading complex operations inside a growing organization, and now works with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders to strengthen clarity, accountability, decision-making, and execution.
The program reflects that practitioner work: it is built from what actually holds inside real organizations, not from a theoretical model.
