What we collect
Registration details you provide (name, email, phone, organisation, role, location, and why the programme interests you), payment status from our payment processor, your diagnostic responses, and the notes and reports produced by your advisor.
Why we collect it
To operate your enrolment, run the programme, produce your reports, and communicate with you about your cohort. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Your diagnostic responses, advisor notes, and reports are visible to you and the advisory team only. They are never shared with other participants and are not reported back to your employer.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Retention and your rights
We keep your records for as long as needed to run the programme and meet our obligations. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us.
This notice will be finalised with counsel before the programme opens publicly.
