Terms of enrolment.
Your seat
Registration records your interest; a seat is confirmed only once payment is completed. Cohorts are capacity-limited and seats are allocated in order of payment.
What is included
Four live sessions, session recordings and materials in your portal, the leadership and team diagnostic, a preliminary report, a private 30-minute debrief, and a final executive report.
Reports
Reports are advisory in nature. The final executive report is released only after review and approval by your advisor. Timing depends on completion of your diagnostic and debrief.
Cancellation
Contact us before the first session to cancel or transfer to a later cohort. After the programme begins, transfers are considered case by case.
Conduct and confidentiality
Cohort discussions are confidential. Materials are provided for your own use and for sharing inside your organisation, not for redistribution or resale.
These terms will be finalised with counsel before the programme opens publicly.
